We like that.

15 minutes or less. Your sensors arrive pre-configured. Plug in the gateway, turn on the sensors, and data starts flowing immediately. There is no software to install, no IT project, and no waiting around for a technician.

We can work with most devices on the market through integrations. We're hardware agnostic and focused on delivering the best software and analytics layer — not locking you into our sensors. Let's chat about what you have and we'll figure out the best path.

Tell them to stand down. Our sensors use LoRaWAN — they don't connect to your WiFi at all. The gateway connects via ethernet but doesn't transmit any unencrypted data. If ethernet isn't an option, we have cellular gateways that don't touch your network whatsoever.

Right from your dashboard. Set any threshold you want per sensor — and change it as often as you need. Tomatoes in the cooler today, strawberries tomorrow? Adjust in seconds. You can also set escalation rules so alerts go to the right person at the right time.

Really. LoRaWAN is an extremely low-power, long-range radio technology. Battery life depends on temperature (colder environments drain faster) and ping rate (how often the sensor reports). A sensor in a room-temp environment reporting every 15 minutes will last significantly longer than one in a freezer reporting every minute. But yes — years, not months.

First of all, what did you do? Just kidding — we're here to help. Simply reach out and we'll diagnose the issue. If it's a factory defect, we'll help get it replaced within the manufacturer's warranty. If it was something else, we'll work with you on a replacement. We are not a deliver-and-disappear company.

Encrypted at every step. Sensors encrypt data before sending to the gateway. The gateway encrypts further before transmitting to the cloud. Dashboards have individual logins with role-based access. No other customers, unauthorized users, or "friends who ask for your WiFi password" get anywhere near your data.
